Bell-Camp Modular, a division of Bell-Camp Manufacturing Inc. founded in 1962, is a certified modular builder. We proudly specialize in steel frame structures pre-fabricated in our production facility located in Ingersoll, Ontario. Our experienced team of builders, designers and engineers will help you design and execute your dream space. Compared to traditional building, the modular building process is streamlined to be more efficient and cost-effective.  Some of our modular home installations can be completed in just a few days. Our homes come with a guarantee of superior strength, quality and durability.
