  • What is a steel frame modular home?
    Similar to a regular build, our homes are framed as per engineering requirements. The main structure is made out of steel for superior strength, durability and longevity while the inside has all the comforts of a traditional build.
  • What sizes do you offer?
    As long as you meet your zoning requirements, we can build you a home of any shape or size.
  • Will my municipality or township allow a modular build?
    Yes. If a traditional home is allowed, a modular home is allowed.
  • Do I require a permit to build a modular home?
    Yes, a regular building permit is required. We will facilitate the permit process for you.
  • How do you install a modular home?
    When the foundation is completed, the modules are shipped and craned into place. Our team will connect them together and coordinate all service hookups. It’s that easy! It can take 2 – 5 days depending on the size of your home.
  • Do you build laneway suites?
    Yes, laneway suites are our specialty. We are experienced in everything involved in laneway suite construction.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping is based on a per kilometre cost and size of each module from our factory in Ingersoll, Ontario. We will take care of all the site preparation and foundation services before your scheduled delivery.
  • Are your structures built to code and certified?
    We build everything to your provincial building code and the National Building Code of Canada. All our products are certified by Intertek in compliance with CSA A277 Standard for factory-built modular homes. Being a certified builder means everything is pre-inspected to meet and/or surpass building codes.
  • How does heating and cooling work?
    Options include forced air, wood stove, solar, heat pump and PTAC units.
  • What is the exterior siding?
    You can consult with our designer to look at options such as steel or engineered wood. We suggest fiber cement siding by James Hardie. There are a variety of styles to choose from, from traditional to modern.
  • Are your homes insulated?
    All our homes are insulated to meet the R values for your local building code requirements. Our homes can withstand the toughest of winters.
  • What kind of kitchens do you offer?
    All our kitchens are custom designed by our interior designer. We offer many different door styles and counters. Our designer will work with you directly to design your dream kitchen.
  • What is your pricing?
    Pricing is dependent on design, square footage, level of finishes and size. Please contact us directly for more pricing information.
  • Where can we view a model unit?

  • What are my options for a foundation?
    Traditional foundations including basements can be used. We will do a land assessment to assist in choosing your foundation. We suggest helical piles for strength, cost effectiveness, and sustainability if a basement is not required. Click for more info on helical piles.
  • What is your warranty?
